  • Production of safe and high-quality cookies produced in strict compliance with recipes and technological processes, legal requirements and regulatory and technical documentation.
  • Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction: compliance with consumer expectations in terms of product quality and safety, variety of taste and packaging types, stability of product supply, flexible pricing policy.
  • Efficient and rational use of material and energy resources, reducing production processes to a minimum impact on the environment, and constantly improving the competence of personnel.
  • Personal responsibility of the organization's management for implementing the SECURITY policy of biscotti PLUS LLC.
  • The management takes responsibility for compliance of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) with the requirements of ISO22000:2018, for continuous improvement of the FSMS, for communicating the Corporate Policy in the field of quality and food safety to interested parties.
